Can I purchase your work in person/in a store?I currently have some older work available through The Jewellery Room in Willunga: 20 High Street, Willunga, South Australia. Otherwise all sales and available work are currently only online.

Do you take commissions? This is heavily dependent on what the commission is, I will not take on work that is not within my skill range, and I will not recreate another artist's design exactly. Otherwise, feel free to send me an email with your idea/request and we can have a chat about it.

I really like *this item* but can you make it in *other metal*/*different stone*?Entirely dependent on the piece: cast items can be cast in any metal your heart desires, although will incur a cost for the material used. Similar with items that include stones, I can set different stones and similarly will incur a cost if the chosen stone is not one I have available or of a different price point. One-of-a-kind items cannot be changed, however I can replicate the piece in your choice of metal/stone, as long as the design was not a custom commission. There is always some wriggle room, so contact me to discuss your ideas.

Do you ship internationally?Yes. Please contact me if you would like to make a purchase and your country isn't listed and I can arrange this for you. I am not responsible for import duties or taxes for your country, please take these costs into consideration when you order. UK customers: your VAT rate is approx. 20%, plus 2.5% customs duty for purchases between £135 and £630. This import tax will need to be paid once your order arrives in your country, so please make sure you correctly input your contact details when you place your order. European Union customers: your VAT rate varies by member state, between 17-27% depending on which country you are in. This import tax will need to be paid once your order arrives in your country, so please make sure you correctly input your contact details when you place your order.

Do you accept returns?Custom and commission work is made specifically for you and so I cannot accept returns on these items if you change your mind. If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item with photos and I can offer a repair or replacement depending on the piece and the damage. If you follow the care guide your pieces should last many many years, barring incidents with larger and more destructive objects (cars, dumbbells, doors), which is unfortunately outside of my control.
