The Last Unicorn necklace

Approx. 4.8cm long 
Sterling silver, with 9ct gold accents and a labradorite cabochon and beads. 
This necklace features a large and flashy labradorite stone, set in a decorative bezel. The back of the setting has a layered forest scene with a cut out of a unicorn with engraved details and a 9ct gold horn. The pendant is hung on a 40cm sterling silver chain with labradorite and sterling silver bead accents, making the entire length of the necklace 49.5cm long.

This necklace is inspired by one of my favourite childhood books/movies: The Last Unicorn. 
“The unicorn lived in a lilac wood, and she lived all alone. She was very old, though she did not know it, and she was no longer the careless color of sea foam but rather the color of snow falling on a moonlit night. But her eyes were still clear and unwearied, and she still moved like a shadow on the sea.”

Each piece in this collection is hand made. As such there may be small imperfections and marks from the making process, so you know your piece was made by my own hands!
Each piece is oxidised to achieve a dark patina that emphasises details of the piece, they do not have a complete polished finish. The patina on these pieces will change over time with wear, inside of ring bands and the backs of pendants may gain a more polished look and the patina can darken or lighten depending on the treatment of each piece by the owner. 
The rings in this collection cannot be resized, and I do not offer returns for incorrect sizes, so please check this carefully before ordering. If you need help with your size don’t hesitate to contact me! I also have a size chart in my FAQ. 
Please be aware that the colour and intensity of the flashes visible in labradorite vary depending on the light source and angle, and the colours may be different in person due to differences in computer/phone screen settings.
